The contractor selected by SWSFE under the public tenders for the supply of nursery equipment and consumables for the production of containerized seedlings, as well as nursery irrigation booms has started the equipment delivery.
The first truckloads with equipment were already delivered and unloaded at the project forest nursery at Lokorsko, Sofia. After all equipment is delivered, an expert team of the Swedish company Björkemar Construction & Consulting BCC Aktiebolag (BCC AB) is expected to arrive at the nursery to install and test the supplied equipment. Upon successful installation and testing, SWSFE nursery workers will receive operational and biological training by the Swedish expert team.
